The Florida tour
I've just returned from Florida where we had a great time performing.
Leonardo's 706 in Gainesville Florida is a very cool venue with delicious food and a great staff. Marty Liquori and Friends have performed there for thirty years and were kind enough to allow me to host last week.

Marty on guitar, Vic Donnell on keys and kicking bass, and Billy Bowker on drums were all very welcoming, and the crowd enjoyed my take on the old swing and asked me back anytime!
Then on to Miami to meet up with Darren Ginn where we rehearsed with some great young jazz musicians out of the University of Miami jazz program for our performance at The Arts Garage in Delray Beach for a Habitat for Humanity fund-raiser, hosted by John and Jean Sullivan.
We were blown away by the quality of musicianship that the Miami area has to offer. Joining us was Gary Thomas on acoustic and electric bass, Evan Hyde on drums, Mark Small on saxophone, Andrew Hamilton on trombone, and John Britton on trumpet.

Darren Ginn and Garrison Elliott with Habitat Event Coordinator John Sullivan.
The Habitat event was catered by Culinary Solutions of Boynton Beach with a great meal and a first class wait staff led by Shannon Tedesco.
The rehearsals were smooth, the shows went great, and the Habitat folks- plus a full house- loved us and look forward our returning soon!
Over all a fantastic Florida tour, and we can't wait to get back down there for more shows!
